Hello to all

I will be starting a new career at Duke university in Durham, I am looking for ideas on apartments in nice areas for rent that would put me no more than 45 minutes away from South Boston, but also close to work less than 20 if possible, want to avoid Durham or inner city as much as possible. Any Advice?

Thanks

Looks like you will be looking at Butner/Creedmoor....maybe Oxford (not fond of Henderson) if you don't mind being further from Duke.....basicslly pull out s map....draw a line between the two points....and see what that gets you.

Other then the towns mentioned...you are looking at a rural area.

that's a tough one! A friend of mine grew up in south boston, her parents are still there and think she said from wake forest it is just over an hour (maybe an hour and fifteen?)

From durham though, I would think you could go straight up 501, in which case you would find timberlake and roxboro. Timberlake is closer to durham, roxboro closer to south boston.............

tough choices!
