I was making the assumption of Apex City limits...which is pretty much limited to zipcodes 27502 and 27523. Outside of that area there are numerous subdivisions with an Apex address that are exclusively $500k+; but they aren't what most people would consider "real" Apex. That whole area directly south of the Raleigh city limits is probably the most confusing area of the triangle when it comes to defining what "town" one lives in. I know some parts of it are within Cary city limits (just look for curb and gutter in residential areas) but have Apex, Raleigh, or even Holly Springs addresses; and most of it is unincorporated and neighborhoods can vary from trailer parks to small 200k tract subdivisions to huge multi-million dollar estates.

the problem with the old le hermitage...now olice chapel park is that the lots were very small for 500-600k houses.

The should have never built houses that expensive on such small lots.

Land is at a premium in apex and there's just not a lot left. Place like Bella Casa that are in the 600k range have larger lots.

Most of Apex is built up and there's very little land left.
