Maybe meadowview should check out the link that Raleighlass provided on the city's plan since he/she claimed that the city didn't have one in a recently closed thread.

GREAT INFO! Thanks for sharing. I'm going to have to send it to everyone that I know in every other state since it is my duty to "sell" NC to everyone! Oh wait...IS that my job? Well, a couple of people seem to think Realtors have that much power!!!

rnc2 - yep, Meadowview should! That was so ridiculous to think that Raleigh didn't have a plan.

Meadowview, aka, "Not a Member," knows that Raleigh has a plan.

Actually I am planning to move one day ..... closer to downtown Raleigh that is. As the area continues to grow I want to position myself closer to the center rather than out on the rim. I have my sights set on Mordecai. I love that neighborhood! Walking to Logan's Nursery and hopping on the R-Line Bus to hit other downtown destinations while living in a historic SFR home is my dream. That's my plan for the future and how I plan to cope with the continued growth of the area!

What is SFR?

Have you ever thought about Piisboro? It has a great downtown and has excellent access to Chapel Hill, yet does not have the crowding issues of Raleigh.
