Not a hobby shop, but was out at the nearly vacant outlet mall at I40 and airport blvd and noticed a sign for this RR club.
Home Page
No one was there at the time, but looking through the window it looked like they had a rather large layout with many many trains. If you are in that area during their club hours might be worth stopping in.
