We are seriously considering building a house in Stonewater subdivision by Lennar. I wanted to know about the pool. Does it get really busy during the summer. Does everyone in Stonewater use the same pool? I love the pool and clubhouse and would use it a lot. Anyother info about Stonewater would be appreciated.
Thanks
Lisa

The pool opened this past summer (July 2009). It was not busy during the day nor that much at night. I am thinking it will be a different story next summer as the developement has grown significantly just in the past 4 months. Everyone in Stonewater uses the pool.

Overall Stonewater is a great place to live. We have been very happy with the sense of community here. If you have an specific questions please let me know.

There are way to many Energy Star builders in our area to choose one that chooses to not build Energy Star homes in my opinion.

Default Stonewater by Lennar

Drove by this sub and like the looks and location. Can anyone tell me if this is chock-full of young families or if there are retirees and empty nesters as well? We are in our early 50's and work full time in the RTP - we get along well with people of all ages but are way past our "soccer mom and dad" years - we don't want to feel out of place. thanks.

I sold one of the single family homes to a couple of guys in their early 30s and one of the townhomes to a younger couple in their mid 20s.

Doing some driving around on the weekends is always a good idea. Stop and chat with some of the neighbors...they can usually tell you who lives where! Neighbors are the best source of information! They'll tell you the good and the bad!
