Hello. I currently live right by Snow Hill Preserve and have for the last 14 years. It is a very nice, quiet area. Little River Elementary is a great school with great scores in case you have kids. We have been very pleased with the area, and we have never had any problems here. It is very conveniently located, but still out of the way. There is to be a shopping center with restaurants built close to Treyburn off Orange Factory Road in the future and a middle school built just down from Snow Hill Preserve which is to be started soon.
