These guys used to work for the Rudy's chain in San Antonio. They had one in Lewisville for a while, right across I35 from Vista Ridge mall. I loved their peppery sauce.

This place should be within 5 miles of our new house that we close on this Friday.

Remington Grill at Crossroads in Cary and in Wake Forest both serve brisket. I'm just not sure if its up to your standards!

Woo hooo!! There is a Rudy's here in the metroplex somewhere - the company sometimes caters it in for lunch. It is darn good barbecue and the sauce is great.

Mmm sounds yummy.

Though, I'm more interested in Emma's Fancy, which they also discuss in the article Cheesecake, pineapple upsidedown cake... Drool.

Nice! Now if we can just get some real Tex-Mex, I'll have no reason to go home to visit! :-D

You got that right!!!

Beef Bar B que will be sweeping the nation. LOL I do agree with the Tex Mex, we have been looking close to us. Found one in Louisburg that is pretty good called El Perico's ( There not Tex-Mex, just mexican food). Some of the places we have been too are so far from mexican food it aint even funny. It is good to see beef bar b que making it's way out here. I got my neighbors and co workers hooked on my pit smoked brisket which I love to cook.
