I am in the process of starting an exciting unique pet related business involving dog sports ( not agility). I have a great location near RTP about 1 mile from 40 with enough space for additional businesses. I am working with a developer.
I do not want to be in the real estate business so I am working with a developer for the site. I am looking for a few other pet related businesses and a sandwich shop to join me ( in their own space of course) so the rent can be reasonable. The site is great and very park like with 6.5 acres. These are just a few ideas i am open to others.
· Veterinarian
· Pet Photographer
· Trainer- who needs space
· Pet Nutritionist
· Human exercise trainer who may want to do some combo classes with dogs.
· Sandwich shop
