Does anyone have a recommendation for a reasonably priced tailor in the Cary area? I am looking for someone to do basic hemming, zipper replacement, etc.

When we lived in Cary (Oxxford Hunt area) we used Ivy and she was wonderful! I am not sure if they are still around or not, but I would check them out. Very reasonable prices...

Not too reasonably priced...depends on what you're getting done...but they do good work.
I second her. Excellent service.

When I need something less complicated such as hems, I head to Lee's at the Streets at Southpoint. Cheaper and near my work.
