This is FANTASTIC news! Can't wait to check it out, although I'm a traditionalist insofar as true Chicago pizza (old school) so I'll opt for the thin crust.

BTW, for more Chicago food check out Hungry's in Clayton. It's the place to go for Chicago style beef and more! Hungry's of Clayton The owner, "J" is from the city and grew up in the business. She roasts the beef on the premises & it's great as well as the other Chicago style food. It's worth the drive if you want the real deal.

I've seen some frozen Chicago style beef at the Super Target also.

For Vienna beef hot dogs hit Cloo's Coney Island in Raleigh. Danny makes them perfectly and also his version of sliders!

Also Penalty Box Dogs has a Vienna hot dog cart in Raleigh and their Facebook page said they're looking for a location in Durham too. http://www.penaltyboxdogs.com/www.pe...m/Welcome.html

Also, Aldi's (yes, Aldi's) will have Vienna beef hot dogs briefly on June 2nd under the name "Parkview." They had some last year around the 4th of July & I stocked up.

Can you tell I'm from Chicago?!

Tried an 18" cheese with Italian sausage and mushrooms. While it was good, it wasn't great. Thought they skimped on the sausage and mushrooms.
Would I order from there again? Yes.
Is it as good as some of the actual Chicago pizza I've had? No.

Look forward to trying this place - the beef first! I've never had real Chicago pizza, only Uno's, so I'm intrigued.
