Help! Cary house or Holly Springs?

Since your husband will be commuting to Garner I think you would do just fine in Holly Springs. The RTP commute was the factor for us. I heard there was a prinicpal change at Dillard Middle. But it will probably take a few years to change things there.

Thanks for the input. I think we have a deal on the Holly Springs house--the original one, the other had water damage issues. Now if we can just get the loan closed before we have to have our stuff delivered we'll be okay!
