Hi we are looking to buy Roman Shades for our screened porch. We're having trouble finding someone and hoped there might be a recommendations from the folks who frequent this forum. We want the shades to be made from weatherproof fabric such as coolaroo or Sunbrella. We heard there might be a vendor at the NC State Fairgrounds on weekends, but so far have been unable to locate them. Pre-made shades would also be OK but would need to be the type that could be cut to size. The big box stores have nothing to offer.

Thanks
John

If you cannot find anything locally, give smith and noble a look. I have ordered a ton of window treatments from them and the quality is excellent. They do have indoor/outdoor material for Roman shades. They are expensive, but do a lot of sales (buy 2 get 1 free offers and such).

JC Penney does custom shades. I have seen the custom window treatment people in one of the buildings at the fairgrounds. They are inside - not outside at a table - not sure if you looked inside. Down at the end, past the NC Hammock guy.
