and the comment about less drugs and violence is very true! I dont think that any school can do well with those 2 things. Dont rush into anything, just rent first there are plenty of places that have 7 month leases. Between moving , looking for a house, schools and getting that "Im sure feeling, I would rent first. You will like it here much better being that your pregnant, much more family friendly

Don't forget that Carrboro kids go to Chapel Hill-Carrboro schools, and our homes on average are more affordable. Here's a link to a virtual tour of the new high school in Carrboro:
