Hi, I have been looking online for a place to live in or near rapid city, sd I keep find the same results can anyone refer me to a local real estate broker or local site that has all the listings, I'm trying to find any place really but I would like to get some suggestions. It looks like a really nice town and would love to find a house to rent if possible.
You could try the local papers - Rapid City Journal or the Black Hills Pioneer, too. I just did an online search for newspapers and another for rentals in the towns we were interested in - got most of the ones Brian listed. We actually found ours on Craigs List, but beware of fraud there. You can spot the fakes pretty easily! Good luck
One more source. Alliance LLC, a property management company. (605)415-8449. We just rented a beautiful house through them, and they were very professional and responsive. Highly recommended.
