I haven't baked a cheesecake in years. Might check the bakery at Family Thrift Center. Otherwise I am drawing a huge blank.
Okay I won't head out that way, they close at 2pm on the weekdays... I work 6 days a week from 8 to 4.
I've been on google all day. It seems that if I want a strawberry cheesecake, I'm going to need to go to a big, chain grocery story and I'd much rather buy from mom and pop!
Still taking suggestions.
I hope I don't end up needing to just bake one myself, don't got the time or energy.
EDIT-
So apparently I can get one via Firehouse Brewery! YAY!

I understand that. Maybe see if Jerry's Cakes and bakes or whatever they are does that sort of think.
There's a bakery on Mt. Rushmore Road. I think it's called A Piece of Cake, or something like that. I have never been there but I have heard it is good.
Try to do this one, maybe you can find out the cheese in some Italian stuff store
500 grams of flour
150 grams of cheese
100 gr of parmesan cheese
250 grams of cheese to taste (Emmenthal, Provola, Fontina ...)
3 eggs
1 glass of milk
1 cup oil
1 cube of yeast
3 pinches of salt
It is very simple, prepare the dough, then add the cheese, using your favourite mold, if you can buy a bottle of pinot noir, then prepare yourself to receive a lot of compliments
