A lot of houses in Red Rock are built by Avvampato. They still live out there too. Andy, if you don't mind me asking, which contractor built your home?
Am I to take this to mean that they doing the same type of loans and etc. that got this country into trouble in the first place? I'm curious on how ANYONE can afford a $115,000 LOT when a lot of people cannot afford that priced house. I know if I bought a $115,000 lot I can afford to pay $20,000 for the house itself which I'm sure is quite impossible....
That is just unbelieveable!!! I wonder if that was some sort of a misprint or something cause I didn't understand it at all. It's supposed to be housing that's affordable for people who may not have owned a house yet the lots alone are selling from 115,000 to 200,000? For that amount of money, there should already be a house there.

No Jammie, I think it's set up to where you choose a lot and they build whichever model of home you want there and it all costs between $115K-$200K. That's how most urban developments are set up. I live near Eastridge and South Pointe and they have several models to choose from and dozens of lots to choose as well. $115 for just a lot would be robbery! Especially way out on the prairie by Box Elder!
OK. Thank you for explaining that. I didn't figure I was understanding that correctly cause that would be totally unaffordable for most of us.
