co-op lease and share certificate (attorney, best, approval)

has anyone attempter to remove someone's name from a co-op lease or share certificate? any tips on how about doing this?

You will need an attorney (who will best guide the steps), and likely the coop board approval as well.
Once you have the attorney lined up, call the mgmt who may have a process set up
