So I am building a new online property listing site and would love to get some feedback for our future users... YOU!
So this is the plan...
I have build a unique portal for agents to post their listings as well as market themselves. Agents will pay a yearly fee to be a member, and gain unlimited usage of the site... unlimited listings, profile page, and other marketing tools such as business card and front page postings (upgrade).
What really sets us apart from the rest is the overall look and fell of the site, with features such as street view and search by map, users navigating will be able to refine their search in just 3 clicks.
Partnering up with banks, users will have the feature of the mortgage calculator where rates can be compared.
I have a great tech team working with me for SEO and have already been working with a marketing firm to make sure traffic is high...

Sorry, based on your outline - no. Nothing that's not out there already, most of it for free (or part of memberships)
No, you're just another 3rd party website to me. Have a look at the IDX/MLS thread if you want to get an insight on how many feel about 3rd party sites. They're a dime a dozen and I get about a call a day from some third party with an "opportunity" for me.

I've come up with something too! It's round and turns about the center on what I call an axle. Instead of dragging things, one can roll it across the ground.
I just need to come up with a name for it.
