My agent wants me back on the market 2 weeks early good sign? (insurance, house)

She emailed and I didn't ask why. I was going on April 1st. I gave her the ok today how long does it take to get on the MLS?

Spring break (Mid March) is when to have a house on the market. If she's already had you on the market it should just take her a few hours to get you back in the system. If she's starting from scratch it might take 1-2 days depending on photos, her system, etc.

Our market is HOT. Chances are she wants you to benefit. FHA mortgage insurance changes for all properties identified after 4/18/2011 and a lull is expected afterwards......kind of like the lull after the first time homebuyer credits ran out.
