All you have to do to get it is to join the user group linked to in the City-Data forum Terms of Service and it's automatic. I got mine immediately after joining City-Data (yep, I read the TOS, I'm weird that way ). No street cred needed!
I just saw this advertised for the 2nd time in Lord knows how many years, but it's getting attention...
Agent markets themself to the move up buyers, buyers that have a home to sell. Flyers and postcards tell them that he will represent them at the new home site of their choice. In return, he will sell their home at a drastically reduced commission, and in turn, letting them net more out of their home.
