It's not a voluntary transfer of title in the sense that the selling and buyer are willing.

Yep, really. That doesn't count as selling real estate, as that is just a title transfer and agreement between the owner and bank which has nothing to do with agents.

Your agent that only works with 6 clients at a time and tells them all exactly what they want to hear regardless of the truth not working out? I can understand why you'd want to make sure she's compensated.

It worked out in that she advised me to do a short sale. Thanks to you I got rid of that "clown agent" (your words, lol!). Looks like things will work out now. Thanks!!
