Lots of overpersonalization / questionable choices -- needs editing BIG TIME. I agree that the narration "drones". You want to have something that "draws people in" not merely catalogs the endless list of stuff that the sellers have done to make this "their own vision"...
That night time view of the valley around the 10 minute is pretty amazing but I don't know how many folks would be thrilled about the FULL BOATLOAD of "merlot" kitchen and laundry appliances. Yellow brass looks real outdated to my eye.
OTOH the outside kitchen and patio looks kind of amazing, but no pool? And why give away the address / moniker? Not smart, maybe not very safe either...
I know a couple of people with amazing skills in shooting stills / videos and then putting that into a "tour" that really is a nice "tease" instead of catalog of every detail -- PARE DOWN!
