Most up-to-date listing sites? (agent, Realtor, buyer, price)

I enjoy using Redfin, trulia etc, but they seem to lag behind in their listings. What site would professionals recommend to use? Do you guys have some sort of internal database of listings before they get out to the commercial sites? Any recommendations on finding the most recent postings?

The most up-to-date is the MLS, of course, and your real estate professional can probably set up automatic searches that will email you as soon as a property matching your criteria comes on the market or has a price change. After the MLS, Realtor.com seems to update pretty quickly.
