I have worked with that agent, and he is a great guy.
He has a knack for letting one know that he is moving a rehab project, doesn't he?

We frequently get comments that include a variation on the following;

"Open mineshafts, be careful when showing the property". Care to tell me where they are?

Or "Do not show during the summer when the dead grass is high, fire danger." Really? I hadn't noticed. Why not tell me not to show the property when the 1 hour fuel moisture is lower than 21%?

"Walk to" and "Mother in Law arrangement" are also common Fair Housing flags.

I hate this one too.

I wish agents would learn how to use spell checker. And, I've lost count of how many times I've seen the remark "Home in great conditions". The best I've seen recently is "Kitchen has Korean counter tops".

And..

I always giggle when I read this:

"Priced to sell!"

Instead of what? Instead of being priced to languish on the market for the next 300+ days?

My second favorite?

When you see some version of this "Make your appointment now - this one won't last!!!" And it's on a listing that's been on the market for hundreds of days.

I know those aren't quite what you meant, but I think they're funny nonetheless.
