Seriously, It sounds to me like you need to be a little more careful than you already are. I think you should make it a policy to never have a single man ride with you and never show a remote property to a single man. It might change the way you do business, but better to be safe than have a little extra. There is no way that you can judge which one is dangerous. You just need to make a hard and fast policy.
I would make a deal with a guy in your office that you can refer some of these buyers to him.
Unless you bring your boyfriend with you on all these showings, I think you are putting yourself at risk.
