Well thing is I am kind a nice guy and I wanted to have that condo without going to court and without delay. Acctualy I would be saving money because of my rent.
From this point now looks like mistake. I am searching for lawyer now.
Why did you agree to push back the closing to Feb 11?
You need to act in accordance with the contract on your own terms. They haven't said (or you havent disclosed) what they threaten if you don't raise the money a second time. Go schedule the closing and if they don't comply immediately, hire the lawyer and tell him to contact the listing agent or the Seller that you are threatening a lawsuit to force compliance if closing does not happen based on the terms in the current contract.
