I had never heard of Cartavi, but DocuSign emailed me today saying they have acquired them, and are offering Cartavi at a first year discount.

Has anyone ever used Cartavi? Input?

Shucks. That fax service alone may justify it.
I pay $90/year for eFax service. I have to cater to those who only know faxing, and cannot scan to their computer to email.

Heck, our MLS just discontinued MongoFax service for members.

I have tested Cartavi. It is an excellent individual agent transaction manager, but I doubt if it is ready for prime time.

Must look at why DocuSign bought it. It was to fill a major weakness in the DocuSign model. DocuSign is the best of the best of the e-signature products. I provide it to all members of our office that will use it. Unfortunately, DocuSign did not manage the transaction very well. There was no flow, and no office review of documents. Not certain about Cartavi making the grade with many agents, but I guarantee it will.

We use Skyslope (SkySlope: Real Estate Transaction Management Software for Agents, Brokers,Transaction Management Realtors,Real Estate Software for Brokers) as our transaction manager. It is property-centric, but is a good tool. My preference as soon as they get all the bugs out will be dot.loop. I haven't reviewed dot.loop's new version, but they are busting their rear to get to the outstanding management tool system.

My company uses it. Not sure how it compares to the other similar programs. Sorry nothing constructive other than we haven't had any issues.
