got a customer needing realtor in NH or Ver (agents, sellers, fee)

We got an professionals in here up on the market in NH or Vermont?
He states:

Basically we are looking for anything along I-89 between Lebanon NH and Concord NH. We would go into VT if the property was a no-brainer. Hell, we will go all the way down 89, along 93 and 101 over to Portsmouth and the NH coast! IT IS ALL ABOUT THE PROPERTY! We also have all the skills and desire to fix the interior and landscaping of a place. No problem! So long as the bones are solid and there is no freaking mold or radon or whatever... we are good. We can do floors, tiles, paint etc.

150K max.

He's approved, letter in hand, would consider buyer's broker with fee if it's not out of hand.
NO trailers.

Anyone out there that can and would like to handle it? He is under the impression that there are people dumping things but he's not finding out about it until it's too late.....?

dude what agency are you with? don't they have out of state referal?

Dude? No. The agency I am with is an independent agency but that doesn't matter. I asked here for a referral because 1. We have experienced buyers & sellers from all areas that can recommend someone of quality. 2. We have experienced agents from all areas, one of those perhaps being from NH. I would be able to read their answers to various questions and know already off the bat if they communicate well and are versed in online usage. I see you aren't one of them. (from NH) Just because an agency here may have affliated agencies up there has NOTHING to with the quality of the agent the referral would be assigned to.
