This mindset and simple routine is something which, if used by every seller (and buyers), would weed out the bad agents from the industry and raise the perceived level of professionalism in real estate. In turn, more buyers and sellers would get better service.
It's really not that complicated. Most people spend more time researching a new phone than they do a Realtor, so it's nice to encounter an example of a thoughtful consumer who takes the selection process seriously.
