NY city or state? If state, what freakin' part? No lawyer from Buffalo is going to process the paperwork for your house on Lawn Guyland - or Binghamton for Albany.

And even in NYC, you won't find a lawyer willing to do the paperwork for your house on Staten Island who lives in da Bronx.
