Just curious what you guys (realtors and professionals) think of the Central FL real estate market? It's hot again, and I think prices will continue to increase, but to what point? I know its hard to answer this, but do you think the price of homes will continue to rise over the next 5 to 7 yrs?

Will it go up 20%? 30%? What are your thoughts on the projection of prices in Orlando metro area?
