I'd never heard of them, till one opened up in my area.

So far, every sellstate website I've been to seems crappy, but they boast that they have the best technology.
Clearly they DON'T have the best technology if every website of theirs you've seen was crappy.

If you're interested in the 100% commission model, you may also want to check out Realty One if they have an office in your area. I get emails from them too. 100% commission, $100/mo, $200/per transaction. There may be more in the way of tech fees and e/o insurance or that may be covered in the $100/mo. I'm with KW, by the way, so that's not necessarily an endorsement.

Does anyone else feel like this whole thread is spam to advertise some company I've never heard of?

Yes, but every dog deserves its time in the sun. I've had my share of sun time, so I'm interested in hearing how somebody can promise so much more than we can deliver and still earn a broker's fair share.
