Totally a coincidence. Agents sneak in a day or a few hours off when they can, otherwise, they work most when others don't. Meaning evenings and weekends.

Fluke. I normally take Saturdays and Sundays off unless I have a specific appt which doesn't happen all that often.

Thank you for all the replies. I guess it was just a fluke, or maybe all the potential buyers here in Denver getting ready for the preseason opening Broncos game! lol!

As you may have learned, real estate agent workdays may be a bit random, but it seems that amateur comedians work 7 days a week...

I work 7 days a week, so for me if I didn't show homes on a Thursday it would be luck.

Interesting - In the metro DC area, Tuesdays are favored for sales meetings and house tours.

I had asked my realtor about a broker open house and she said it was not customary here, so I assume that was not the issue. And she thought the Thursdays were just a fluke too.

In Realestate, there are no defined days off...and in our global economy sometimes 24 hours a day as we have clients around the world calling at different times of the day. As a REALTOR, the only days off are ones planned in a calendar, nothing is "set in stone".
