The top one...with the house...is hands down more attractive. It exudes "home", while the roof one simply says "house".
I would update the house a little bit to make it more "friendly"--it sort of looks like clip art. You want to "say" bungalow.
The rest of the stuff is semantics....size of name, phone number, web site, etc. which can all be adjusted to fit the space. From a practical matter, you always have to stop and stare pretty closely to get the phone number written down accurately, so "huge" size is not that big of a deal.
As a consumer, the only things I care about on a sign is the FOR SALE, Person to contact, and their number. Those three things must be visible and readable from a car driving by. All the other stuff is not for me the buyer but for marketing yourself to other home sellers and to sell yourself to the house seller. Otherwise, For Sale, your name, your number is all that I care about. Just my two cents.
I'm posting here to now get a national opinion. I've received many responses from friends, family, consumers, and other agents in my market and they're basically at a complete split between these two options for a Yard Sign.
Which Sign do you like better and would grab your attention more, thinking from a consumer stand-point, forgetting that you're an agent...
Signs came in on Friday, and they're mounted. I think they look great! Was unsure about all the white, but they look great!
Congratulations...for the signs and for your move! (And I remember when you wrote that you were fine staying a salesperson.) Things do change! Best wishes.
