Anytime I have a buyer interested in a corner lot, I make sure they realize there is potential to become the "bus stop" house. Bus stops are always on corners, LOL!

I have often seen corner lots in the home description. But having lived in one, and because of that looking at others, you hit the nail on the head. The lot may be larger but they tend to be all front yard and the back yard is where I spend my time.
