Hello,

I purchased a condo with all cash from some seller. I was in condo for 2 years now. Just regular sale. Everything was ok. Previous owner purchased condo with affordable program. (low income program). I didn't know at time. It was 2 years ago.

Now I wanted to sell condo to purchase new big house. My status is pending for now.

Thing is that somehow title company moved title in my name without checking if I am eligible for purchasing affordable condo (I am not). They didn't check anything since I was all cash buyer.

What should I do? Any idea?

You should find out the particulars of the program. Write down all of the details surrounding your purchase...and take that to a real estate attorney. If you had title insurance, take the policy to the attorney so that it can be reviewed, too.
