Hi all. My family and I are planning a move down to Brevard County, FL in the next year or two. A few questions. Are there any realtors on here that specialize in renting so that I can make some contacts early on and can someone recommend an area that might work for us. Family of 4 (mom, dad and 2 boys who will be late middle school/high school age by the time we get there). Looking for a quieter area off the main roads but close to shopping, schools, etc. I've heard Rockledge is nice as well as West Melbourne and some parts of Palm Bay. We are trying to stay at $1100 or under and are looking for a 3-4 bedroom home to rent the first year or two. We don't need to be on a beach but within a 15-20 minute drive would be great. I'm in mortgage banking so somewhere close to banks/credit unions that could be potential employers would be good too. Thanks!

If you Google "realtors Brevard County rentals" you can find lots of rentals. By scanning the offerings, you can see what agencies handle a lot of rentals. Start there. Good luck

Don't move to Florida without a job. Junky low wage jobs ask for resumes here. It's an employer's market.

Absolutely! I most certainly will have a job lined up before heading down. That's been the plan from the beginning but I'm a hyper planner and wanted to make some connections early on.
