What reputable agent uses zestimate?
I ALWAYS check the Zestimate before a listing presentation, because I know the seller already has. I print off the chart from Zillow showing a median error rate of 7.4% in my market and the fact that only a third of local Zestimates are within 5% of the home's sale price.

Each time I have Zillow quoted to me, I'm not quite sure how to respond. I've responded with the full gamut, "are you nucking futs?" to "oh, dear, we must look into that." There are, I have found Zeople that live, drink and speak the zool-ade. I actually had a owner get furious with me and lose his (really) low rate because Zestimate was going to do him one better. Had title friend pull it 60 days later, loan amount was $4000 below mine and not the rate he had with us.

I guess you need to know what degree of crazy you are working with before commenting.
