Hi guys! I have received an offer for CRM for my business. Do you have any experience with it? Have you used any, because I don't? What can you advise?

I don't quite follow. Are you asking if you should use a CRM and if so what are the best options?

Yes, sure. I was offered to build a custom CRM. Is this a good option? Maybe there are some out-of-the-box solution that are better.

And should I use one in general?

I have both positive and negative experience with custom CRM. A year ago, I ordered a system in an Indian company. As expected, I was displeased with the outcome and I obliged to terminate the project earlier. Then I get in contact with Eastern Europen company, which my friend recommended me.

I'm very satisfied with the result, as well as еру price I was billed. I think custom CRM worth a try.

There are some good, affordable out of box solutions. Contactually.com, wiseagent.com, top producer are good generic follow up CRM's in the 10-25/mo range. For more lead distribution for teams some popular CRM's are fivestreet and follow-up boss in the 30-50/mo range. There are others but I think those are the most common.

Thank you for you advice. Talked with guys that offered me a custom CRM. Really interested in their proposal. Took time to think about it. They can make it due to my business processes.

Please, share the details of your collaboration and contact details of the contractor. Thank you
