Hi,
We are exploring career options for my wife. Is there a requirement to be a green card or US citizen in order to qualify for CA realtor license exam. Please let me know.

You don't need citizenship, but you have to have a legal presence in California. A green card would do the trick.

Note that she's not becoming a "Realtor", but she's looking to become a Real Estate Salesperson.

she does not have green card. she is on dependent visa (h4) with EAD card.
