1. as just said, make sure it's listed as residential, which will syndicate it to consumers. doesn't really matter if you ALSO give it a commercial listing.
2. Set out your expectations from the beginning - what will be done? How long should it take? What should I expect to receive as a purchase price? How often will we talk?
