New agent seeking sponsor/broker (brokerage, millionaire, work, rules)

I am looking to work in the NE Houston Area (crosby, humble , kingwood), can anyone share there experiences with local brokers in this area of town, are there any brokers or franchises I should stay away from? Any input would be great. Also, I received tons of marketing material and recruiting letters from brokers, but when I email them, they don't seem to respond???

You will not get specific brokerage information here as someone could post disparaging comments and that's against the rules. You'll need to google some agents in the area, or private message them from this forum to get info you seek. Better bet is to try getting into some local Facebook pages that are not "agent only" pages so you can join, since you're not an agent yet.

And when you get a bunch of comments from one brokerage in particular, PLEASE do further research and don't go in with rose-colored glasses.
