If I want to send all statuses, all listings, it is "free."

If I want to customize the data sent to the vendor, etc, My MLS will nick me the cost for an additional RETS feed, a $500 setup fee and $300/quarter.

We already feed directly to Zillow. You do need to know that if you do that, they will keep your photos after the home sells unless you manually go in and delete them in your profile.

Our MLS, automatically puts "Accepted offer with contingencies" in the description of every property that goes under contract and then it appears that Zillow scrapes it off. It is always gone on my listings so I have to manually go in and put it back in for consumers. They have locked the status dropdown so I can't change it there. I assume they do that to make those more sellable lead generators for the buyer agents that pay for zipcodes.
