There is a bi-polar drug that does this to people....doesn't necessarily have to be about cats, but it gives them obsessions that are never fully quenched.
Even the listing says "bring your sandblaster!" I have to think it would be a tear down if someone buys it.
But I suppose if it's near enough to a major highway, maybe someone will want it to set up one of those quaint roadside attractions people stop to visit just to say they've been there?
Based on the marks on the floors and some of the odd cubbies, I kinda think this was an animal rescue facility. Possibly just a crazy cat lady, but I think the pictures might be pictures of animals housed there over the years...at least in the rooms with hundreds of photos...the rest is just WEIRD. If it wasn't a rescue then someone was seriously obsessed
That was my impression as well. It even has counters like you would find in an office type environment.
Ooh, I like the bi-polar effect of the bedroom in picture #13: bordello red damask wallpaper paired with sweet schoolgirl floral bedding and drapes. The best of two erotic fantasy worlds!
Definitely looks like a rescue/pet boarding business.
