I like the New Jersey one. I have some friends who have a really over the top house. Nice to visit but not so sure I would want all of that all the time.
I actually feel sorry for whoever would think that is pretty. It says off the market. Maybe they were finally talked into gutting it of that horrible green flocked wallpaper and other atrocities and will relist it.
Definitely looks like a rescue/pet boarding business.
fwiw, it's being listed as a home and if you google the address, there is nothing I could find that indicated any type of commercial establishment, shelter, etc. at that address.
I think it really was just a crazy cat person living there.
This one has an offer on it! Honestly, I think they should turn it into a museum. I have a designer friend who adores this over the top 1970s Hollywood Regency stuff and this house is a perfect time capsule. Its too bad the verbiage about it is so dull. Seems like the agent could have had some fun with it.
OMG!!! Who does this to a log cabin? And she's out of her mind thinking she's going to get $240K for that. I might give her 20 bucks. It would easily cost $240K to restore all that wood. My word.....
I'll bet you can smell the cat **** before you even open the door.
