Hi,

I got a listing of new construction Medical/office building on a busy street. I helped sell/buy residential & multi-family units but this is my first Commercial office listing.

I already listed on CoStar and Loopnet. This did generate a few leads. I am looking for other ways of marketing this property. Any suggestions?

Thanks in advance

You might touch base with commercial agents who handle similar properties.

Yes, we have a 4x4 sign board on the property. We also have a flyer with building elevation, site plan showing building & parking.

I am thinking about reaching out to national/local businesses suitable for this location & building. First preference would be to find a long term lease tenant.

Is there a way to purchase local business addresses and sending post cards/flyers ?
