I would suggest you contact Brandon Hoffman.
He is down the road from you in Columbia, but I would think he could give you some guidance.

There should be plenty of options in Charlotte. Not sure about Rock Hill. Go talk to some brokerages in the area you're considering working for and they'll make recommendations.
