Any idea about Condominium Regime?
===========================

I opened the following in Real Estate

Condominium regime - Concern resolution ?

I am not sure, whether I can re-post it here.

Is anyone here like to weigh in?

Thanks for guidance.

A real estate professional - me - weighed in on that topic. Is there a reason that you chose not to answer the issues I posted before starting another thread on the same topic

Thanks again. You posted your answer to other post after I opened this. These two are different topic. I do not want to mix them.

Other thread is appraiser related. This one is operation/management related.

Thanks.

Thanks. Oh!

to get more real estate professional's insight. This part is confusing. I did find the MLS listing shows as FEE simple for property, but DEED of this property is quiet about land rights. It is not mentioning about lot size, lot boundaries etc.

What is the document confirm whether this property is FEE simple or Condominium regime?
