Put something in writing for them. Sometimes we are too shy to ask for a written referral, but they are very helpful for our marketing.

Ask for the agent to give you lots of business cards to pass to anyone you know that is looking for a home. That really is the best thing you can do for your agent.

I am so glad to hear that you had such a positive experience with your Realtor. May be putting your thank you down on paper for the agent to use as a testimonial on their website/marketing plan is another plus. I feel so good to have so many friends that are past clients.

You can always get together for lunch or dinner and catch up after you settled in your new home.

Referrals are always, ALWAYS near and dear to my heart! Short testimonials that I can use in my promos are also extremely valuable.
