I know one of the major companies has agents wear a gold blazer, I think, but is there a dress code of some sort or is it entirely up to the agent/brokerage firm? From HGTV (yes, I know, there's that word again), I see everything from capris and blouses in South Carolina to knit polo shirts and dress slacks in Florida to men in suits in hot Texas. The little eek sign is for men wearing suits when it is so hot - it's not a critique.
Thanks!

I like my pants around my knees and my underbritches pulled up high.

So that explains the high voice...
I ended up with tea all over my keyboard as it spewed out of my mouth laughing so hard. I blame you...
Most people in Salem wear business causal. I don't see a lot of suits. I think it depends on what you are looking at. When I look at acreage with my clients I tell them to wear jeans and shoes that can get muddy. I wear the same. You want to be able to walk the land, and that's not happening in heels.
I should've known. Have mercy! Anyway, not so. I've seen your website. Ya got a thing for basketballs, though.
Sitting here in a red dress shirt and necktie.
I wear a tie 3-5 days a week.
Slip on shoes, the better for getting out of them in "no shoes" homes.
No company logo clothes, but always a name badge.
Really no dress code, just common sense says dress in business casual to a necktie.
No suits for me. Well, very seldom. Maybe once, twice a year.
Years ago I did the Gold jacket, but it was not a requirement....only a strong suggestion from the broker. Makes sense, if you spend the money for a fanchise image you might as well use all the marketing tools available.
After that it was common sense and keep it professional.
Jeans, boots and my cowboy hat...but I'm in Texas.
